PRE-CONSTRUCTION

From land purchase to initial design we can connect you to our network of Sunshine Coast building, design and land experts. Once architectural drawings and engineering are complete we’ll guide you through the permitting process.

SITE PREPARATION

This is one of the most exciting parts of new construction and development for the Jenkins team. Through our extensive knowledge of the Sunshine Coast land, we will prepare your future home site from tree clearing, excavation, rock blasting, road building and infrastructure installation - laying the important ground work for the upcoming construction of your home.

CONSTRUCTION

Our team self performs through the four main phases of construction - Foundation - Framing - Siding - Finishing. We work closely with you and your design team to keep your project running smoothly and on-time, thanks to our use of the most up-to-date construction software. With this technology, you’re able to receive updates, approve change orders and more whether you’re on-site or away on business.

COMPLETION

Handing over the keys isn’t necessarily the end. We take pride in maintaining trusted and valued relationships with our clients throughout the settling in and years to come at their new property. We’re happy to manage and develop your accessory buildings, sport courts, landscaping, docks and more.

  • We started with Home Enhancements. Renovations, large and small we complete them with pride, knowing that each project leads to a new opportunity and relationship built.

  • After the projects are completed we know that the maintenance phase begins. And as your builder of choice, that's why we offer continuing home maintenance services.
