PRE-CONSTRUCTION

From property evaluation to initial design, we can connect you with our trusted network of Sunshine Coast land, design and engineering specialists. Once your architectural drawings and engineering are finalised, we’ll guide you through the permitting process with transparency and confidence.

SITE PREPARATION

This is one of the most exciting parts of new construction and development for the Jenkins team. Through our extensive knowledge of the Coast’s terrain, we handle everything from tree clearing, excavation, rock blasting, road building and infrastructure installation - laying the important ground work for the upcoming construction of your home.

CONSTRUCTION

Our team self performs through the four main phases of construction - Foundation - Framing - Siding - Finishing. We work closely with you and your design team to keep your project running smoothly and on-time. By harnessing modern construction tech you’ll have real-time access to project updates, change orders and approvals - whether you’re onsite or away.

COMPLETION

Handing over the keys marks the start of your experience, not the end. We maintain enduring relationships, offering ongoing home care services for your main home, cabins and accessory buildings, sport courts, landscaping, and docks. Your investment is safe with us for years to come.
